The ITPM blog was created by Drew Watson, an IT Project Manager (P2P), Scrum Master (CSM) and owner of Sorven Consulting Ltd.

An unashamed passion for delivery, improvement and all things tech means IT projects are his stomping ground of choice.

In keeping with the Agile tradition over 'individuals.. over process..' Drew is deeply interested in the psychology of the people and teams that make up the world of Change, Delivery and IT. 

Based in the North East of England Drew works across the UK and is always open to requests for consulting, training, speaking and delivery related engagements.

Dogma?
